Jason arrived in US from Guatamala in 2014 and joined as kitchen helper and when i2i Restaurant opened in 2016 was promoted to Executive Chef and has been instrumental in success of i2i Fusion and work as one of the family member. Chef Jason comes up with creative ideas and well known for his great nature. Chef Jason was featured in Dr. Oz show.
Anthony arrived from Mexico in 2001 and worked as a dishwasher in local restaurant and then worked as prep cook and kitchen helper in various restaurants. 2018 her worked pizza maker in local pizzeria and joined i2i Fusion Restaurant in 2019 as Pizza Artist and has been a important part of making great thin crust pizzas, Calzone, and Strombolis. Anthony is a team player always helping out in the kitchen when needed.
